ECS Environmental Solutions, a big Belton employer, plans expansion

ECS Environmental Solutions was approved in June by the Belton City Council to acquire 26 acres. Although it's still in the planning stages, the business owner intends to use some of the land to expand his company and, potentially, to build space to lease to other entrepreneurs.
